The first half of this year has been a whirlwind of activity for me on many fronts, not the least of which has been the continuation of my Reiki Master Teacher Training. And, in just over a week, I will be holding my first Reiki Level 1 class.

Sharing a Reiki session or a coaching session is about shining a light, holding the space, opening the opportunity, for others to step into the work, the healing or the wellness they can create for themselves.

Passing a Reiki attunement, however, speaks to a whole other engagement and support while connecting others to the Reiki energy – to light their soul spark.

I am both deeply honoured and ridiculously giddy to deepening my own path and strengthening my own spark, in service to others who are beginning their Reiki path. Reverent joy. Respectful playfulness. Both. All.

I know, without a doubt, this is something I am meant to be doing. I can’t wait for those who are curious to spark their souls to start that journey through Reiki, with me.
