Are you ready to take a more active role in your wellness? Learn to access universal energy to reduce stress – and reduce the effects of stress on your body. Have the benefits of Reiki, quite literally, at your fingertips!
Reiki is accessed and learned through an attunement process where a Master Teacher (that’s me in this case!) connects the student to Reiki energy.
The class series is 8 hours over 3 to 4 weeks, and includes:
- the history of Reiki
- attunement, or connection to Reiki energy
- creating safety, including grounding and centering practices
- working with Reiki in self-treatment
- an introduction to working with others using Reiki
- a full manual and optional access to online materials
- online support with your class peers, and on-going support from me
- option to audit future offerings of the class for free
